Noah Learner was a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker that specialized in Cambridge, Somerville, Belmont, and Arlington, Massachusetts.

I found good tenants for good landlords. I advertised apartments extensively on Craigslist.org and Boston apartments.com in order to get units rented according to a landlord's timeframe. I created lasting value for my clients by negotiating deals that work for both parties.

I worked extensively in the following neighborhoods: Harvard Square, Porter Square, Davis Square, Central Square, Cambridgeport, Inman Square, Kendall Square, Mid Cambridge, Agassiz, Avon Hill, Huron Village, Strawberry Hill, Riverside, Brattle Area, Teele Square, and Ball Square.

It should save you a lot of time if you are looking for a no fee apartment. Worthington Place, Cambridge map	1400-3200	A NO FEE BUILDING!!! Worthington Place is a wonderful Loft style apartment building that I have worked with in the past and have found very easy to work with, Their apartments usually have very high ceilings, huge windows, great light, free off street parking, a fitness center, onsite laundry, and a responsive staff. 91 sidney STreet, Cambridge map	1600-3600	A NO FEE BUILDING!!! upscale Mit / Central Square full service elevator apartment building. The building has pretty artwork in the lobby. a conference room that can be rented out, fitness room, 24 hour security and concierge. There are a variety of floorplans. garage parking is available. Each apartment has a fully applianced kitchen (electric stoves), nice berber carpets, good windows, central air, good closetspace and nice ceramic baths. 91 Sidney Street website
Highland Commons, SOmerville map	1500-3200	A NO FEE BUILDING!!! Davis sqaure luxury apartment building that is a 3 minute walk to Davis Square Redline Stop. All apartments get a garage parking spot. The apartments have granite countertops, and marble baths. Some have hardwood floors and some have carpeting. The management is nice. I built their website. Their website

Cambridge park Place, Cambridge map	1400-3000	A NO FEE BUILDING!!! luxury living, and high-speed internet access in every apartment (bedrooms and living room). Located across from the Alewife (Red Line) MBTA Station. Seconds away from Route 2, and adjacent to the Minute Man Bikeway to Lexington and Arlington. Kendall Crossing, Cambridge map	1850-2800	A NO FEE BUILDING!!! new Building that opened in September 2003. It is a 4 minute walk to Kendall Square T station, and Technology square. All units feature nice maple cabinet kitchens, and full sized gas stoves which is rare in an Cambridge apartment building. There is garage parking, central air, and laundry in each apartmentheat/ hot water / electricity / cooking gas included in the rent. A fe units have balconies and two units have gas fireplaces. 700 Huron, Cambridge map	1700-2700	A NO FEE BUILDING!!! Upscale apartment building located on Fresh Pond next to the Fresh Pond Golf Course. The building has generous parking, fitness rooom, air conditioning, fully applianced kitchens, a nice playground and sweeping views from the upper floors. Rent usually includes a ton of utilities. University Green, Cambridge map	2700-4000	An exclusive doorman elevator building in the heart of Harvard square. The building is very quiet and is features a good build quality and interesting layouts. Location, location, location!
Bay Square, Cambridge map	1600-3600	This contemporary full service building has great value! It is located halfway between Harvard and Central Square. Rent includes, use of the fitness room and the swimming pool. There is a 24 hour concierge, onsite super, laundry on each floor, central air, fully applianced kitchens, and good use of space.
Rivercourt, Cambridge map	1600-4800	This luxurious Doorman building is located steps to the Charles River in East Cambridge. The buidling has an indoor swimming pool, a large fitness room, an enormous roof deck, a guest apartment that can be rented out for visitors, 24 hour concierge / security, garage parking and some units have marvelous views of the boston skyline. The esplanade, Cambridge map	2800-7000	The esplanade is one of the two finest doorman buildings in Cambridge. It sits on The Charles river and has jaw dropping views of Boston. The discreetstaff are at your disposal. There is a 24 hour concierge / security, an onsite maintenance staff. The common areas are tastefully appointed. There is a conference room that can be utilized by the residents. There is also an indoor pool, as well as a health club. The units tend to be nicely finished, and all have nice marble master baths. 975 Memorial Drive, Cambridge map	3000-8000	975 memorial drive is the other fine doorman building in Cambridge that occasionally has condos for rent. It is located in the heart of Harvard square, and has many amenities that tenants I have placed in the building rave about. They point to the proximity to the square and the university, and the fastidious staff that consistently go the extra mile. There is a 24 hour concierge, onsite laundry pick up/ drop-off, and very sunny views of the Charles river. The building is very quiet and also private.
